Ryan Patrick Donnelly has dedicated his adult life to the Real Estate industry and it shows in every award, designation and record breaking result he has achieved. After almost 10 years in the industry, Ryan saw an opportunity to deliver to the marketplace a new, innovative way to sell Real Estate. On January 21st, 2011 Ryan and a talented group of agents launched The Donnelly Group.
The Donnelly Group's future impact on the Long Island Real Estate market is largely due to its driving ambition to be "New York State's most client-centric Real Estate company". According to its Founder and Managing Partner Ryan P. Donnelly, "Our main goal is to launch the company as multi-faceted, modern and innovative, a solution company that will provide 6-star service to our Clients."
Ryan's dedication and experience have come from years of being a top producer. Starting at the age of 21 in Sydney, Australia, Ryan worked his way to the top as being one of the top Sales Managers for one of Sydney's highest ranking agent teams. Always achieving outstanding results, he decided to move to the Garden City market and joined Coach Realtors in 2006. After 5 years at the Garden City office, Ryan had received more awards and broken every company record selling over $40 million a year. He was awarded top agent in the company every year and was the only agent to be designated Vice President of the entire firm. His numerous awards and designations may be seen on the following page.
As time went on, Ryan realized the only way to continue growing was to open a new Real Estate franchise that would bring the Long Island market a well deserved revitalization.
